2. Data we collect
Contact name, business name, VAT number, email, phone, payment details (handled directly by Stripe; we never store card details), IP address and the date you accepted the Terms, and the information and photos you send in quote and demo requests.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Performing the contract: building and maintaining the website, invoicing and billing.
- Legal obligations: tax and accounting.
- Steps taken at your request before a contract: preparing the free demo and answering quote requests.
- Legitimate interest: proof that you accepted the Terms and collecting amounts owed.
4. Who we share data with
Only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (the AI tool used to help prepare demos), GitHub (private storage of demo requests) and our hosting and email providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers are outside the EU; transfers rely on the safeguards of the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep it
For as long as the contract lasts and then for as long as tax law requires (10 years for invoicing records in Portugal) or as needed to defend legal claims. Quote and demo requests that do not lead to a contract, including the photos you sent, are deleted after 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or to the authority in your own EU country.
7. Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. During payment, Stripe may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the security of the transaction.
